1. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials. Accounts found violating these terms may be suspended or terminated.

2. Content

Uploaders retain ownership of their submitted content. By submitting content, you grant Comics Galore the right to display and distribute it on the platform. Content must comply with applicable laws and our content guidelines.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription plans are billed via cryptocurrency through NowPayments. Subscriptions auto-renew per the selected interval unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Limitation of Liability

Comics Galore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.
